the weekend and anxiousness

this weekend was really good. saturday we went to the Art & Wine Festival here in downtown Mountain View. then on sunday we went to the Maker Faire. wish we would have remembered it on saturday. it would have been really cool to run into the lovely Miss Lilia. i did keep running into someone that told me 'cool shirt' twice. i was wearing my purple Vox shirt that I got at the Vox MeetUp. i wish he wouldn't have walked away so quickly both times so i could have asked who he was on vox. i really did like the Art & Wine Fest and the Maker Faire. i'm looking forward to going to both again next year. :) at the art festival i had a 'free evaluation' with a chiropractor. she said that the hip pain i am feeling is because i need an adjustment on my right side. so im going to have to talk to Dr Mouradian to see what can be done about this. since i had told her about my back issues and she said that it is probably due to those. so i have to call the lawyer and see if i can get him to get me an appointment. i just need him to realize there are dates that i can NOT go down to SoCal for the appointment. that's the problem with having a surgeon 400 miles away. (give or take a few miles) the craft part of the Maker faire put me in the mood to do some sewing and crochet but i haven't gotten a new project set up yet. i guess i can make some more crooked pillows. *giggle*

i'm anxious because the wonderful and arty and crafty Miss Haze has me on her conga line for a custom skirt. i have been looking at her art and have narrowed it down to a few of her pieces for the art on the skirt. now i need the hubby to help me read the tape measure so i can send off the measurements. it is going to be so great :) wearable art from a wonderful artist. yay. *happydances*

i hope that you all are doing wonderful. other than my hip pain things are good. the hubby is loving his new gig. lets just hope that the honeymoon period with the job isnt over and he starts to not like it. now i'm going to go and try and clean my house. take care lovelies. *huggles* :)
